Our therapists

Every person here was chosen for two things: clinical depth and the ability to hold someone steady while they change.

You will work with one clinician consistently. The whole team is behind them.

Dr. Stacy Thomas

Clinical Psychologist, Founder & Clinical Director

Close to thirty years sitting with people in their hardest seasons, and the origin of the method we all work from.

Dr. Stacy has sat with people in the hardest seasons of their lives, chronic pain, serious illness, infertility, loss, the kind of grief that rearranges you. What she sees first is your resilience, even when you cannot feel it yet. Her work moves gently between Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, mindfulness, mental skills, and clinical hypnosis, always reaching for the pattern underneath so you can finally set it down. She built this Centre, and she built the method every clinician here works from.

Dr. Anjuman Bains

Clinical Psychologist (Supervised Practice)

She has coached Olympic athletes and held people through their hardest season. She will meet you where you are.

Dr. Anjuman has spent more than eight years beside people in stress, anxiety, depression, sudden trauma, and the quiet ache of infertility. She has also coached Olympic athletes and national teams, so she understands pressure from both sides, the breaking point and the performance. She works across cultures and in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, and she meets you wherever you are. Her sessions blend CBT, mindfulness, and mental skills, and her heart for public mental health has carried her work to BBC World News and the TED stage.

Gabrielle Watson

A former athlete who walks with women through transition, when the drive is loud and the direction has gone quiet.

Gabrielle knows the season where the ambition is loud and the direction has gone quiet, because she has lived it. A former athlete, she works with women in transition, building a real connection quickly and pairing honest conversation with skills that hold up when life gets heavy. She believes one true conversation can move you onto the right path, and she would be honoured to have it with you.

Ange Bitwayiki

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

She believes simply being yourself can be a radical act. In her space, you can soften, heal, and reconnect with who you truly are.

Ange holds a Master of Psychospiritual Studies and brings clinical training across hospital, community, and group settings to a trauma-informed, culturally and spiritually responsive practice. She works with people navigating identity-related stress, racial trauma, spiritual injury, and major life transitions, honouring the stories shaped by culture, faith, family, and systems that haven't always felt safe.

Drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and psychodynamic approaches, she helps clients deepen insight, regulate emotions, and build practical tools while holding space for their resilience.

Kati Dobrei

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

She came to therapy through the body, and she works with real care where pressure and self-worth meet.

Kati came to therapy through the body. Before this work she supported athletes and executives at the Cleveland Clinic, so she understands how pressure and performance live in us, not only in our heads. She holds a grounded, compassionate space to explore what sits beneath the surface, the patterns and feelings that are hard to put into words. Her work draws on CBT, ACT, narrative therapy, schema work, mindfulness, and somatic and attachment-focused EMDR, with real tenderness for women navigating burnout, self-worth, and the relationship with their own body.

Hazel Zindoga

Registered Psychotherapist

More than a decade in mental health, and a steady, judgement-free room where you can exhale.

Hazel has spent more than a decade in mental health, and she knows how much courage it takes just to reach out. She offers a steady, gentle, judgement-free room, and she treats the work as something you do together. She will help you understand why you feel the way you feel, then gently loosen the patterns holding you back, drawing on CBT, Schema Therapy, ACT, EFT, and mindfulness for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem, and the tender work of transition.

Divyanksha Gaind

Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO)

She helps you, and the people who love you, move past limits you were told were fixed.

Divyanksha began her career helping neurodiverse clients discover everything they were capable of, and that belief still runs through her work. Over eight years she has widened it to people facing chronic pain, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and to the people who love them and carry it alongside them. She blends CBT, DBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and clinical hypnosis, and she practises in English and Hindi. However hard the challenge, she will help you see the strength you already have.

Fiona Smith

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

She led teams for fifteen years before she ever sat across from a client, and that taught her something that stayed with her: trust changes everything. She creates a space where you can be fully honest, and finally grow.

Before training as a psychotherapist, Fiona spent fifteen years in senior leadership across the nonprofit and philanthropic sector, and holds an MBA from UC Berkeley. She also volunteered with the Distress Centres of Greater Toronto, supporting people through anxiety, grief, chronic pain, and isolation.

That path gave her a real understanding of the pressures professionals and high achievers carry, along with a deep curiosity about how race, culture, and identity shape a person's story. She works from a humanistic, person-centred foundation, drawing on ACT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help people move through anxiety, grief, burnout, and perfectionism toward a life that reflects who they really are.
